• Ready to ship orders are dispatched via air and road over 24000+ pin codes through our delivery partners in India.
• Confirmed and processed international order(s) cannot be cancelled. The customer is responsible for any custom duties imposed (if applicable). Delivery charges will be based on actuals, and the customer will be informed. For international orders, shipping charges are based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. A tracking email will be sent once the order has been shipped. Please make sure you check the junk/spam folder as well.
• If you have pre-booked a product, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery (Unstitched only). If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, that will be communicated to you.
  Prepaid orders within India are free of shipping charges. COD orders are charged an additional INR 150 only.

RETURN POLICY

When the order is delivered, please make a packet opening video without any pauses, trimming, or cuts to ensure the opening is clearly visible. We will not entertain claims for defective/wrong products without a parcel opening video.

Our return policy is 07 days: Please submit a return request the same day you receive the order.

• Unstitched Salwar Suits
• Unstitched Kurtis can be returned except from Offers and Sales Category or an Item Purchased at a Discounted Price using a Promo code or offer.
• Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned if informed on same day of delivery.
• Please return the product within seven days of receiving it on our return address. Upon receiving the product, we will arrange for an exchange or refund in your account.
• All return costs shall be borne by the customer.

• It is not possible to cancel, exchange, or return any item from our ” OFFERS & SALES ” category, or using a promotion code or coupon.

We cannot guarantee a true representation of each color as color shades may vary due to computer monitor and printer differences. Due to the nature of apparel manufacturing, we also do not warranty or guarantee the consistency, color, texture or appearance of the actual apparel.
