We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help you. When the order is delivered, please make a packet opening video without any pauses, trimming, or cuts to ensure the opening is clearly visible. We will not entertain claims for defective/wrong products without a parcel opening video.

Returnable Items :
- Unstitched Salwar Suits
- Unstitched Kurtis can be returned except from Offers and Sales Category or an Item Purchased at a Discounted Price using a Promo code or offer.
- Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned if informed on same day of delivery.
- Please return the product within seven days of receiving it on our return address. Upon receiving the product, we will arrange for an exchange or refund in your account.
- All return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

- It is not possible to cancel, exchange, or return any item from our ” OFFERS & SALES ” category, or using a promotion code or coupon.

We cannot guarantee a true representation of each color as color shades may vary due to computer monitor and printer differences. Due to the nature of apparel manufacturing, we also do not warranty or guarantee the consistency, color, texture or appearance of the actual apparel.
