At Naziaz we strive to provide you with the best customer service possible every time you shop with us – if ever you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the purchase price. We only accepts returns for products purchased directly from the website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined.
Naziaz has a 7-day return policy, which gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased from NAZIAZ.COM for any reason within two days of receipt.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
1. All product tags intact and in their original packaging
2. Product must be unused
3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
We will send you a confirmation email As soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check. Returns and exchanges are free of charge if incorrect products (incorrect styles), wrong sizes (sizes other than those ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. The product will be checked at our end for quality after it is returned to us. If the picked-up product fails the quality check, it will be returned to you.
Note: One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
Create a ‘Return Request’ under the “My Orders” section of the website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button. If returning an item, keep it ready for pick-up or ship it to us.
We offer pick-up service for addresses used during order placement.
Send us an email at email@example.com to request a return, and we will process your request. Please include the order id, product name, and SKU on the email to avoid confusion. We will pick up the product from your doorstep through our courier partner. Your pickup date will be notified by SMS.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP
If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details please contact our WhatsApp Support number.
At Naziaz we offer a 30-day exchange policy. If you wish to exchange the item for reason of size mismatch or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement item, free of charge. Exchanges, however, are subject to stock availability.
UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Only size exchanges are allowed.
2. Items can be exchanged for a similar or a different size.
3. To exchange your item for an alternative product, we recommend you return the item to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.
